TN Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed Family & Domestic Violence Mediator
Tiffany is a Rule 31 Listed Family Mediator Specially Trained in Domestic Violence Issues. Hagar has been a Rule 31 Listed Family Mediator since January 2017. The State of Tennessee Supreme Court and Alternate Dispute Resolution Commission requires a candidate for these mediation programs to meet certain qualifications in education, work experience, and training.

She served as a clerk for the Honorable Judge Thomas Varlan of the Eastern District of Tennessee Federal Court, where she gained valuable insight into the judicial process and observed the application of law in practice.
Additionally, Tiffany interned for the Tennessee General Assembly under Tommie F. Brown, specifically working with the Higher Education Subcommittee. This experience provided her with a deeper understanding of the legislative process and the impact it has on legal matters.
